Commission Inquiry
Hold onto an extra special memento with a personalized painting of a floral bouquet or arrangement. This commission makes the perfect gift for all special occasions or in remembrance of a loved one.
**READ BEFORE PURCHASING**
All commissions are created with oil paint on wood panel (1.5” depth) and come with an attached wire so they are able to hang without a frame.
COMMISSION INQUIRY
Please use this form to contact me or email leahslemmerart@gmail.com with your details and reference images. An initial inquiry must be made prior to purchase. Purchases that are made without using the requested form may take longer to process and fulfill.
Send images that are in focus with good lighting so you may receive the highest quality of work. In your inquiry, please note any important details you would like to be included in your commission.

After inquiry form is completed, I will reach out to you within 2-3 days regarding your request. We will discuss details, payment, and timeline for completion.
Throughout the commission process, you will receive updates and photos of how your commission is coming along. At these times, minor changes may be suggested. Minor changes are considered to be small fixes or adjustments that do not completely change the appearance of the final piece. Minor changes are made at no additional cost.
Major changes are considered to be adjustments that completely transform the artwork. If a major change is suggested, I reserve the right to refuse the change. Major changes that are granted may come with an additional cost. Any additional costs will be communicated with the commissioner prior to completion. Updates will be communicated and sent regularly in order to avoid the occurrence of major changes.
A final image will be sent for approval upon completion. After approval, no changes to the artwork may be made.

A 50% Down Payment will be required to secure your commission. The final payment will be due at the time of pick-up or prior to shipment.
Pricing may vary based on style and complexity of requests. You will receive a quote after initial consultation.
A payment plan can be arranged if requested. This custom plan will be agreed upon during initial consultation. In these circumstances, the commission will not start until a down payment is submitted and will not ship until payment is completed in full.

Please note, due to the slow-drying nature of oil paint, commissions may take 1-2 months until able to ship after completion of the painting. You will be notified with updates on when the product is expected to ship.
Your commission will be shipped with the utmost care and protection. Should your commission arrive damaged, please contact me with images of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
